The service and negotiating skills were excellent. Our condo sold for a great price in an extremely difficult market and to difficult buyers. Dana worked very hard to make it all happen, stayed in touch every day, did not waste our time and tried to keep the buyers on course. It could not have been done better. We are greatful for the good job done and that we had the right agent.

Dana Adams was wonderful! My husband and I would highly recommend her…we bought a home in Cape May last April. She was knowledgeable, hard working and returned all of our phone calls promptly and worked hard to answer all of our questions. She knows the Cape May area well and put us in touch with everyone we needed to make the sale go very smoothly…if you are interested in buying a home, don’t hesitate to call Dana!

Dana Adams is one of the best realtors you’ll find in New Jersey. She will not stop until she finds you the best house and the best deal. She will always look out for your best interest, whether you’re the buyer, renter, or seller. We’ve purchased 2 houses in Cape May with her help and guidance and have had no “buyer’s remorse” at all! The 2 properties are rental properties and she will work hard to make sure they are always booked. If you have any inquiries at all about the property she’s showing you, she will get you an answer immediately. We were very lucky to find Dana and John! They are great realtors and amazing people.

The first real estate agent with whom we had established contact didn’t leave us with the impression that he was really interested in helping us pursue our hope of finding and buying a vacation home in the Cape May area. He would promptly answer our questions but, beyond these responses and other automated e-mails, never really sought to establish a relationship with us. When we didn’t feel like we were really getting anywhere, we reached out to another real estate agent, This is when we met Dana. Dana was more than eager to dialogue with us by phone and by e-mail and meet with us at our convenience. She gave us a solid understanding of the market con ditions and options (I think she patiently showed us perhaps six different locations the first day we met). Dana really helped us to determine and define what would best suit our family within the budget parameters we shared with her. Throughout the process, Dana was available, responsive, and aggressive in helping us find the perfect vacation home for us. We’ve bought and sold several homes before; Dana’s service level was truly top-notch.

Dana is the realtor you hope for and dream of having! She is on top of everything — gives you her cell number right away and tells you not to hesitate to call her with any questions or concerns. She gets you the answers right away! Never lets your home be shown without her being there to answer any questions a potential buyer may have. Cannot say enough good about her — extremely good at what she does — highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get your house sold.
